So the last few months I have had some cooling issues. I swapped the radiator and things got better. Then I noticed a bad thing. Coolant in the oil. Uh Oh….Then I got white smoke when I first started the car. Yup that sounds like a head gasket. Its one of the worst repairs to do. ALOT of labor for a $20 part. I started the job about noon and was all done with the car at about 7. I took a few breaks during the day and lost some time on the exhaust system….BUT, all symptoms of the head gasket problem are gone. Temp gauge is perfect, idle is awesome, power is good, no missing coolant and no smoke at startup.
